EUROTHOR WITH CHAIN

Body: monobloc, in special cemented and hardened steel.

Finish: NIPLOY PROCESS anti-corrosion chemical nickel plating.

Closing rod: rotating anti-cut, Ø 13 mm., in cemented and hardened steel. Handle with section designed to break programmed, to prevent tearing of the rod.

Safety cylinder: 6-piston, replaceable, protected by a rotating plate against burglary and drill, in special cemented and hardened steel 4.4 mm thick.

Keys: nickel-plated brass, flat and reversible, supplied in a sealed envelope with proprietary paper; 2 supplied.

Mechanism:

positive type closure;
removable key only with the padlock closed;
first set of hardened stainless steel pistons and counter-pistons;
brass pistons;
mushroom brass counter-pistons, against the action of the pick;
latch in AISI 316 stainless steel;
stainless steel piston springs;
Stainless steel latch spring.

Chain: hexagonal (to counteract manual saws that generally have sharp blades suitable for holding round profiles) in special steel (nickel-chromium-molybdenum) cemented, hardened, tempered and galvanized with the last elongated mesh (loop rings). The chain has a section of 13 mm. and is covered with black protective sheath, in fabric that minimizes the bulk and scratch-resistant.
